The
physical world, the world we experience with our five primary senses is just
the tip of the experiential iceberg. At a deeper level, everything is an
incessant ebb and flow of invisible, vibrating, frequency-generating energy. As
an artist, I seek to explore this pervasive and boundless source of sensory
stimulus by painting what I feel with an intensity that goes far beyond what I
see at any given moment. It must have something to do with the fact that I was
born to hardworking Irish parents just off the Kings Road Chelsea in 1958, sold
my first painting while still at school (to John McIntosh OBE), studied fine
art under the inspirational sculptor Mick Murtha in London and spent more than
30 years as a Creative Director and Lecturer in cities across Europe,
including: London, Paris, Amsterdam, Stockholm, Milan, Dublin and Geneva. These
days I focus my passion for creativity on exploring the complex and inspiring
relationships between people, places, objects, energy and, of course, myself...
